Luis Eugenio Castañeda is an executive and leadership coach, facilitator and talent and human resources consultant with more than 35 years of experience in leadership positions in various industries, including cement and construction, healthcare, airport services, food, education, railroads, automotive, retail and metallurgy. He has been a leadership coach since 2007, advising presidents, vice presidents, directors, managers and high potential leaders. Luis collaborates as an external coach for the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL)®, a non-profit organization ranked among the top 10 worldwide, and with GP Strategies®, an executive development and talent consulting firm based in London, serving executives in Europe, the United States and Latin America.

Luis is founder and president of Selfbridge Human Solutions® since 2015, a consulting firm focused on Human Resources, Talent Management, Leadership Training, Coaching, Mentoring, Conflict Mediation and Sales Force Development in Mexico and Latin America. Luis also serves as a facilitator of the Meta-Coaching Systems® Certification Program with the International Society of Neuro-Semantics (ISNS)®. Javier Criado - Coach

Javier Criado is an experienced coach and business leader, with more than 30 years dedicated to guiding people and organizations towards growth and success. As CEO and founder of Capital 2 Gestión Integral, he has championed business transformation and innovation. Her work as a Horizon Europe Business Acceleration Services Coach for the European Innovation Council and SME Executive Agency (EISMEA) highlights her commitment to empowering startups and SMEs, helping them scale their impact through strategic mentoring, business modeling and one-on-one guidance.

In addition to his entrepreneurial projects, Javier has held key roles as CFO at Pulsar Technologies and private equity investment manager at Ahorro Corporación Desarrollo, further honing his strategic and financial expertise. He has also contributed to the professional coaching community as a board member and marketing advisor for EMCC Global (European Mentoring and Coaching Council), advocating best practices in mentoring and executive coaching.

Javier holds an MBA in Finance, Marketing, Management and Strategy and Organizational Behavior from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. He earned a B.A. in Economics and International Business, graduating Magna Cum Laude, from Saint Louis University, where he was inducted into the International Honor Society, Beta Gamma Sigma. Sylvia Sonnendrucker - Coach

Sylvia is an expert in leadership, team development and organizational cultural transformation.
As a co-founder of MQuest, she has led and designed leadership programs for various sectors such as technology, consulting, finance, and consumer goods. She has been a leadership coach for clients from companies such as Google, LinkedIn, Meta, American Express, Salesforce, Deloitte and Bosch, among others. She has also led international programs in Latin America, Europe and Asia for clients such as Unilever, L’Oréal, and Kingfisher. Sylvia is a regular speaker on leadership and mental coaching. She has been part of the Executive Coaching Unit at IESE since 2018.

Previously, Sylvia began her professional career in investment banking with 20 years of experience in the financial world. She has spent most of her international career in leadership roles in cities such as Paris, Chicago, London, Hong Kong, and Madrid. Sylvia has worked for multinational companies such as China Asset Management, BBVA, BNP PARIBAS, and CREDIT AGRICOLE, and she has also founded her own financial management company in Spain.

Sylvia holds a degree in Economics and Business from ICADE and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), as well as a collaborator with CFA Spain. She is certified as an ontological coach by The Newfield Network in Chile (2012), as an executive coach through the Conscious Business program taught by Fred Kofman (2014), and as a High-Performance Team Coach by the Global Team Coaching Institute (2022). Beril Levi - Coach

Beril Levi is a highly skilled professional specializing in leadership development, facilitation and executive coaching.

Beril’s unique ability to empathize and adapt to the needs of her audience makes her effective at all management levels.

Beril’s journey in the fields of leadership and coaching began in 2015. Since then, she has been passionately dedicated to helping professionals unlock their full potential. She is an ACTP-certified coach and holds numerous certifications from Blanchard programs, including Coaching Leader Action Profile II, SLII Leadership, Management Essentials, Coaching Essentials, Conversational Capacity, Building Trust, Essential Motivators, Courageous Inclusion, and Self-Leadership.

Her extensive experience as a marketing and sales leader in major multinational corporations gives her a deep understanding of diverse business environments, which she seamlessly integrates into her coaching and facilitation practices. Before embarking on her coaching career, Beril spent over 16 years in international marketing and sales leadership roles at companies such as L’Oréal, LVMH, and Google, both at subsidiaries and headquarters. At Google, as the Director of Sales for key clients in Turkey, she transformed her team and achieved significant improvements in Google’s annual employee survey, Googlegeist. She also led the coaching and learning strategy for the entire emerging markets cluster during a critical period of organizational change.

Beril holds a master’s degree in Business Administration from the School of Industrial Organization (EOI) and a bachelor’s degree in Communications from the Université de Lille Charles de Gaulle. She is fluent in Turkish, Spanish, English and French, and feels comfortable facilitating in all of these languages.

Beril is also a senior advisor at Kodluyoruz, a Turkish social enterprise that is transforming Turkey into a tech talent hub. She is an associate professor and mentor at prestigious business schools in Spain, such as IE Business School and the School of Industrial Organization (EOI), where she trains the next generation of leaders. Additionally, she is a supportive coach for women through NGOs, helping them reintegrate into the labor market. On a personal level, she is a mother of two daughters and enjoys drawing, dancing, and writing.

Manuel Guerreiro - Coach

With 20 years of professional experience across different geographies and sectors, Manuel Guerreiro has been managing teams since the age of 23. Between January 2018 and early 2019, he was the HR Director at Whitestar Asset Solutions, having also held the same role at Norfin. In the second half of 2019, he led the Human Resources and Communication areas for Arrow Global Group in Southern Europe, covering 8 companies located in Italy, Portugal, and Albania. In 2020, he was appointed Group People Experience Director at the same company, responsible for defining the global HR strategy for the multinational, until his departure in January 2021.

Previously, he was the Human Resources Director at Philip Morris International in Romania, HR Manager at the Philip Morris factory (Tabaqueira) in Portugal, and also worked at Barclays Bank in Spain and Portugal, as well as at Liberty Mutual at the start of his career. Thais Santiso - Coach

Thais Santiso is an intercultural trainer, executive coach and leadership coach. Roberto Vázquez is an experienced negotiation consultant who, for the past 20 years, has combined his coaching activities with various roles as General Manager and Sales Area Director in Europe and Latin America.

As a results-oriented consultant, he specializes in capturing business opportunities through strategic initiatives in branding, digital advertising, sales solutions, promotions and customer service. Deb Elbaum - Coach

César López holds a law degree, a master’s in HR, and is a certified coach with over 25 years of experience leading the HR function both nationally and internationally.

He has worked in both family-owned companies and multinational corporations, such as Canon, Carrefour, and Adecco, with experience at both the national and European levels. For the past 9 years, he has been the HR Director for EMEA across Canon’s entire B2B business in EMEA, and prior to that, he held the same role in Spain and Portugal for 10 years. Having been involved in 3 global mergers, leading several business restructurings and reorganizations, he has developed strong expertise in Organizational Design, change management, workforce resizing, and the reorganization of areas, departments, business units, and entire organizational structures.

This, combined with his HR experience, allows him to build the function from a purely contractual/administrative basis to a true collaborative space for both the organization and employees.

Blanca Meseguer - Coach

Blanca’s international career in talent acquisition and staffing spans two decades in BigTech, Pharmaceuticals, Engineering, Banking, and Education. It was during her experience at Google’s European headquarters in Dublin where she found her passion for coaching and helping professionals present the best version of themselves in interview processes.

Since then, Blanca has been working independently, supporting both individual and corporate clients in higher education, such as IE, ESADE, ISDI, and The Valley Digital School, on topics related to Career Transition.

Sophie Castell - Coach

Sophie Castell has been working as a professional leadership coach since 2013. Before becoming a coach, Sophie had extensive corporate experience in marketing, strategy, and team leadership in consumer goods companies.

Fernando Cuesta is an experienced professional with over three decades of experience in systems control, construction, and consulting. With a degree in industrial engineering from the Polytechnic University of Madrid, Fernando has consistently demonstrated his expertise in managing complex projects and driving innovation in building automation. He is currently the Managing Partner at CPryc.

Throughout his career, Fernando has served as the Director of the Smart Buildings Division at AUXINI S.A., where he led pioneering projects in building automation. His time as Production Director at SISTEMAS AVANZADOS DE CONTROL S.A. honed his skills in the development and management of systems.

From 1996 to 2004, Fernando served as the Manager at TREND, overseeing comprehensive control systems solutions. His consultancy roles at renowned companies such as AUREN, EFICIONA, and DRAGADOS, among others, reflect his versatility and recognition in the industry.

Fernando’s experience spans a variety of sectors, from real estate and construction to healthcare and finance. He has been instrumental in the implementation of advanced control systems for leading organizations such as TVE, IBERDROLA and BBVA, optimizing operations and improving energy efficiency.

In addition, Fernando has led numerous projects in district heating systems, contributing to sustainable energy practices. Recent engagements include projects with OHLA, GHESA and D H ECOENERGIAS, demonstrating its commitment to cutting-edge solutions in building management and energy optimization.

With his combination of technical competence, strategic leadership and project management, Fernando Cuesta Martín continues to be a driving force in the field of system control and building automation.

Inés Gomís - Institutional B&B Advisor

Inés Gomis Bertrand is an economist with a degree in Economics and Business Administration and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Barcelona. She is a certified executive coach by Marshall Goldsmith and CDR, EFQM certified evaluator, with experience in the public, private and family business sectors. She has served on the boards of trustees of cultural foundations, as a member and spokesperson of the Certification Committee of the Institute for Spanish Tourism Quality, as founder and first president of the International Women’s Forum in Spain, as a member of the board of directors of IWF Global, as well as a member of the Nominating Committee and the Development and Sustainability Committee of the aforementioned international organization. Carlos Fernández - ESG and Manufacturing B&B Advisor

Carlos Fernandez is a visionary Hispanic food industry executive with proven business acumen based on more than 20 years of experience leading multinational operations with full profit and loss responsibility at the forefront of the plant-based food movement, providing sophisticated solutions to high-end segments of the food and beverage industry. Noted for pioneering and transforming a liquid food business franchise that synergized the preserving and filling business with the fruit and juice businesses, forged acquisitions, updated business strategies and drove profitability.

Mr. Fernandez restructured the organization into four key groups to support future growth and create synergies with newly acquired businesses. Recent work includes a diversification and expansion strategy to selectively expand new business segments, driving the business from $150M to $800M+ through acquisitions, new product development and organic growth. Completed (9) acquisitions since 2015. Named executive vice president of John Bean Technologies Corporation (JBT) and president of Diversified Food & Health in August 2017, Mr. Fernandez oversaw sales and operations in Florida, California, Wisconsin, Ohio, Virginia, the United Kingdom, Belgium, the Netherlands, Brazil, South Africa, Spain, Mexico, Australia and Italy. His responsibilities included managing strategy, sales, marketing, production, engineering, purchasing, human resources, R&D, finance and administration. Managed the Strategic Plan, Sales and Operations Plan, Leadership Development Plan and Annual Budgets. Responsible for nearly 3,200 employees in 18 locations from the Division’s headquarters in the Tampa Bay, Florida area.

In October 2022, Mr. Fernandez moved into a corporate role, supporting strategy and M&A, driving corporate sustainability, liaising with key customers on their sustainability objectives to implement NPD and partnerships, exploring new food technologies, and deploying the marketing and sales plan to deliver JBT solutions for end-market segments.

From 2005 to 2011, Mr. Fernandez served as General Manager of the tomato and fruit business based in Parma (Italy) at FMC Technologies, and continued at JBT Corporation when it was spun off. In 2012, he was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Fruit and Juice Solutions SAYS 2011 IN CV, and in 2014, he was appointed Vice President and Chief Executive Officer of Liquid Food Technologies and elevated to President in 2015.

Mr. Fernandez joined JBT Corporation’s predecessor, FMC Corporation, in 1996 as a Business Analyst in Madrid, Spain, and subsequently held financial roles at FMC Corporation and its successor, FMC Technologies.

Mr. Mr. Fernández holds a degree in Economics and Business Administration from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid and a degree in Law from the Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia.

Federico Torriente - IT, Marketing

Federico has a law degree and more than 20 years of experience in customer service, marketing, content editing, branding and IT support in different multinational companies. He is also the founder of TeteDigital, a trusted business partner to a diverse portfolio of companies in content, marketing and corporate branding. Fede has professional experience in the Americas and Europe, having lived in Uruguay, the United States and Spain. He is fluent in Spanish, English and French.

Marta Matilla - Consultant

Marta has a law degree and 14 years of experience in supporting organizations in the areas of debt collection among different industries (Industrial, Financial Services and Manufacturing), Litigation and Commercial Law. She has different certifications in Arbitration Law and is certified as a mediator. Marta is fluent in both Spanish and English.

Rafael Puerto - Partner EMEA

Rafael Puerto is an Industrial Engineer, EMBA from IESE, DIBEX & DITEX from ISDI, and brings extensive training in the areas of Business Agility, Change Management, and Creativity and Innovation, being a certified coach in various disciplines associated with the aforementioned areas. He was the first to bring to Spain the ICAgile – Agile Talent Certification, which was the first official certification in agility purely for the HR area.

No one has certified more people or companies in Agile for HR in Spain. Es Certified SCRUM Master, Kanban Trainer, Change Management Trainer, Advanced Creativity & Innovation Professional, Agility for HR Trainer y Agile Leadership Trainer.

Now he is again the first to bring to Spain a certification, this time in Remote Team Management, called Work Together Anywhere, belonging to Collaboration Superpowers, Happy Melly’s company, well known in Agile environments.

Javier Cuesta Pérez-Agua leads the firm’s North American Business Operations practice. He actively advises boards of directors and CEOs on talent acquisition, development and management. Based in Los Angeles, Javier brings 15 years of experience in leading Executive Assessment and Board Review projects. Throughout his experience as a C-Suite advisor, he has recruited over 300 executive and non-executive directors in key markets (Energy, Food & Beverage, Agriculture, Technology (FoodTech, Agtech, FinTech), Infrastructure, Diversified Manufacturing, Automotive & Mobility, Transportation & Logistics).

Javier is a member of the Executive Coaching team at IESE Business School (Ranked #1 in the Financial Times) and collaborates with San Pablo CEU University. Javier has lived and worked in the United States, Europe and LATAM. Given his multinational experience and multicultural approach, Javier has led international search and leadership projects.
